⚡ Transcription that keeps up#
If your meetings are in European languages, transcription is now instant and uses less memory. Azynote asks once which languages you speak in meetings and picks the fastest way to transcribe them. It never switches during a transcription, and you can change your answer in Settings › Transcription.
🔍 One search for everything#
Ctrl+Shift+F or the orb searches the whole workspace: notes, transcripts, OnePagers, files, images, artifacts and every chat message. A transcript result opens at the line that matched, a chat result opens the thread at that message, and a file result opens the file. Search now runs on your Mac for everyone.
🎨 Artifacts that follow the meeting#
Ask the chat to "draw the architecture they describe and keep it updated", and the artifact updates itself while the meeting goes on. All your artifacts now sit in a new Artifacts panel in the rail (Ctrl+5), each with a picture. One artifact can be linked from several sessions, and Transform to artifact turns an answer into one. Star the artifacts and sessions you keep coming back to, then find them with the Favorites filter. Artifacts and @azynote calendar events both leave alpha: they're now in beta.
🔗 Name any session with @#
Type @ in a note, the chat or the orb to name a session by its subject or one-liner. In a note it becomes a link you can Command-click. In the chat, the agent knows exactly which meeting you mean, and you can hand it the session's files too.
💬 A chat you can steer#
Pick the chat engine from the gear next to the mic. Send one message to another engine with /gemini, /openai or /acp while the thread stays where it is. Press play under an answer to hear it read aloud. On a local model, the first message after a pause no longer waits. The local library adds Gemma 4, each AI row can use its own model, and every model in the Local AI menu has its own Free button.
🗣️ Just say "Azynote"#
Turn it on in Settings › Shortcuts › By voice, say "Azynote", wait for the soft sound, then say what you want: start dictation, a new session, a search, a capture or just ask a question out loud. You can teach it your voice, or pick a word of your own.

- Dropped audio and video files get a transcript you can improve, rename, edit line by line and revert, like a live one
- Subjects get a description that finds their sessions and gets the subject suggested before it has any
- A default subject for meetings: when a calendar meeting has no subject, its session can go under the subject you set in Settings › Calendar instead of Azynote asking each time
