🧠 Know where you left off#
Every meeting alert, in the app and on the orb, now has a Previously line: the subject's latest status, its open todos, and how many sessions have happened since that status was written. Open it to read the whole thing and tick off a todo before the call starts. In the app you can also jump to the subject or the last session, or refresh a status that has fallen behind. It follows the meeting's subject, never the people invited, so a recurring call with someone new still picks up where the last one ended.
🔗 Sessions that find each other#
Under a OnePager you'll now see up to three Related sessions: the ones that cover the same ground, even when they're filed under another subject. Nothing shows up when nothing is truly close, so a short meeting that ends with "no decisions" won't drag in unrelated ones.
🔍 Search that reads your OnePagers#
Search sessions now looks inside your OnePagers. A matching session appears with the passage and where it sits ("OnePager · Decisions"), even when it's older than the dates on screen. Below the matches you get sessions close in meaning, for when you remember the idea but not the words.
🏷️ Subjects that fill themselves in#
Once a OnePager is saved, Azynote looks at the closest sessions and suggests the other subjects this one belongs to. If you'd rather not be asked, Settings › OnePagers › Subjects can add them for you, marked auto. Like everything above, it uses the engine on your Embedding row: on your Mac with Local, at Google with Gemini.
💬 A conversation for every session#
Each session now has a chat icon in its header. Click it to open a thread already linked to that session, and click again later to pick the conversation up where you left it. In the chat, the line under the title reads Linked to and names the session. Save as session keeps the thread linked to the session it creates, so the conversation stays with its OnePager.
🧵 Threads in parallel, and one list of what's waiting#
You can leave a thread while it's still answering. The reply lands in its own thread, and with an ACP agent up to three can answer at once. Activity gathers everything that wants you: threads, the orb's card, meetings that are due and scheduled runs. The orb shows it with a count, a dot or a spinner. ⌘K opens your threads, and ⌘J / ⌘L move to the previous or next thread that wants you.
📎 Threads you organize#
File threads under subjects yourself, rename one by clicking its name, and pick any two to merge. Once you've chosen, Azynote never renames or refiles them behind your back.
✨ Dynamic views are now Artifacts#
Same feature, the name you already know. The ones you've already made move over on their own.
🐛 Notable Fixes#
7 fixes
- Report an Issue has a new window: drag and drop files, paste screenshots, and the orb is no longer attached by mistake
- Actions from the orb's card keep running when you put the card away, and Smart Actions reuse your warm ACP agent between actions
- Cmd+N and Ctrl+Shift+N start a new session by the same rule
- Smart Sync keeps running when you close its window, and starts from Terminal with
azynote-ctl sync start - The chat shows the files you attach, fills the window's width, and opens long threads at their end right away
- A live transcript can be deleted again
- If something crashes, Azynote saves a log and quits instead of losing every window
Have great meetings! 🎙️
