🔮 The orb comes to you#
Tap the orb and it opens into a card at your pointer, over whatever app you're in. Ask a question, run an action like Proofread on the text you selected, or capture a thought. The Command Panel and Quick Capture shortcuts open the same card. The agent can see your screen when you ask about it. ⌘⇧↩ pastes the answer back into your app, and your selection stays on the card while it works. Over Azynote, the card knows which subject, session or OnePager you have open and offers to sum it up. The orb is now always visible by default, even in workspaces that use an agent CLI.
🧵 Chats that file themselves#
Each question you ask from the orb goes to the thread it continues, or starts a new one. The card shows which one, and one click moves it. The chat panel lists your threads with search, lets you merge two that turned out to be one conversation, and Save as session turns a thread worth keeping into a session with its OnePager.
📅 Your next meeting, on the orb#
A ring fills around the orb as your next meeting gets close. Hover to peek at it, and tap once it's due to start the session. Every meeting alert now has a Join the call box, so the Zoom, Meet or Teams call opens as the session starts. Azynote remembers whether you leave it ticked. Dismissing is a small ×, and calendar changes reach the orb and the Calendar tab right away.
🗣️ Transcripts you can fix#
Speakers now appear as chips with their share of the talk. Click one to see only their lines, then rename it (with suggestions from the invite), merge it into another speaker, or delete their lines in one go. Edit any line in place, and ⌘Z undoes any edit. If a transcription stopped without finishing, one click now groups its speakers after all.
⚡ A new session from anywhere#
Ctrl+Shift+N opens a new session from any app. Link it to a catch-all subject like "Draft" in Settings › Shortcuts and it skips the dialog. Sort later: a session with only one subject can now move to another.
🤝 Your own agent, from day one#
Setup now offers an ACP agent (like goose acp) and checks that it's installed before you continue. Don't ask again on a tool now lasts for the whole workspace. Settings › ACP lists those tools so you can remove them, and allowing cat never lets rm through.
🖥️ Azynote from Terminal#
The new azynote-ctl command starts and stops transcriptions, generates OnePagers, opens sessions and drives the window from Terminal, hooks and scripts. Hooks get it, plus the session they belong to, and the orb glows while a hook runs.
