1.4.0

Azynote 1.4.0 is a big one: it starts learning how you work, and it finally fits in the corner of your screen next to the call you are actually on.

๐Ÿง  It learns how you work#

Azynote now keeps a short profile of your world: who the people are, what your acronyms mean, how you like things written. It picks up names and projects from your OnePagers and your preferences from chat, and it only writes a preference down once you have shown it in three separate conversations, so one offhand "make it shorter" never becomes a rule. The profile shapes your OnePagers, chat and transcript clean-up, which means the product name the transcription keeps mangling finally comes back spelled right.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Or just tell it#

Say "remember I always want action items at the top" in chat and it goes straight in. Ask "what do you remember about me?" to see the list, and say "forget that" to take something out. The whole profile sits in Settings โ†’ AI Configuration under What the agent has learned, as a plain text box you can edit, with Learn now and Forget everything underneath. Each workspace learns on its own, and setting the Workspace profile row to Off turns the whole thing off.

๐Ÿ“Œ A window that fits beside your call#

The main window now shrinks down to 320ร—400, and Ctrl+P pins it on top of everything else. If it ever ends up somewhere odd, View โ†’ Reset Window Size brings it back. In stealth mode, move the pointer to the left edge and the navigation rail slides back out, and hovering the status dot next to the word count reveals record, pause and stop. The buttons only show while your pointer is there, so they stay out of a screen share.

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Your session's documents, on tabs#

Notes, transcripts and OnePagers now sit side by side on a tab strip, so you can see what a session holds without clicking to find out. Transcripts are named by the time they started, like "Transcript 22:23", instead of a file number. Rename, convert and delete are on each tab, + adds a new note or OnePager, and the chevron opens the full searchable list.

๐Ÿ”Ž Know where things came from#

Hover a task in the Tasks view and it shows the meeting that asked for it: the session's title and one-liner. On the Timeline, each session's one-liner now gets the full width, so you can actually read it in a narrow window.

๐Ÿ› Notable fixes#

4 fixes
  • Your custom prompt now reaches chat and voice. Settings said it applied to every engine, but chat was quietly ignoring it.
  • Live transcripts stop guessing speaker numbers. During a meeting, lines now say where they came from ("Mic", "Zoom"). Speakers get their numbers when you stop, so a line no longer changes from Speaker 2 to Speaker 1 in front of you.
  • Smart Sync shows what it is actually doing, step by step, instead of looking frozen on the last item.
  • Stopping in stealth mode shows a small spinner while the transcription finishes, so you are not left wondering whether the click registered.

Happy meetings! ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ
