🎙️ Voice That Doesn't Freeze#
The voice agent used to occasionally go silent mid-conversation with no warning. That whole class of freeze is now gone: audio playback and tool execution were moved off the Live API read thread, so the connection can't choke on its own work. The status bar now names the tool that's running ("Searching the web…", "Reading session…") instead of looking stuck, and the agent auto-reconnects with backoff when the server drops the session, preserving the conversation. The voice agent also now has web access (WebFetch + Google Search) so you can ask it about anything live.
✏️ Edit Your Transcripts By Hand#
Diarization is good but not perfect, so transcripts are now editable after a session ends. Click a speaker chip to rename it (applies to every chunk attributed to that speaker). Click a chunk to reassign it to a different speaker, or hit the pencil to fix Whisper typos directly. And Cmd+F now opens find-in-page in the transcript viewer, just like in the notes editor.
🔁 Audio That Survives App Crashes#
If your per-app capture target dies mid-recording (Teams helper rotation, Chrome tab closing), Azynote now verifies every reconnect is delivering real audio instead of trusting that the OS said "ok". After three failed verifications it transparently falls back to All System Audio so you keep recording, with a clear amber indicator and an in-transcript banner showing exactly when the switch happened. Speaker identity is preserved across the boundary so the same voice keeps the same color.
🕒 What Was My Last Session?#
The voice and chat agents (and MCP) can now answer cross-subject recency questions like "what did I work on today?" or "summarize my last meeting" without needing to know the subject upfront. Sessions show up immediately, even before their OnePager is generated.
⚡ New Command Panel Defaults#
Two new transforms ship as Command Panel defaults: Zenify rewrites blunt or harsh text into calm professional language, and Run-instruction treats the selection as a free-form prompt (e.g. "summarize my latest meeting") and pastes the agent's answer back in place. Reset to Defaults in Chat Actions if you don't see them yet.
