🎤 Dictation, in any app#
Press Ctrl+Shift+D, say it, and press Enter: your words land at the cursor in Slack, Mail or wherever you were typing. Press Tab instead and what you said opens in the Command Panel, so you can make it an email, translate it or proofread it before it's pasted. It's transcribed on your Mac, your clipboard is left alone, and names from your workspace come out spelled right.
🗣️ Talk to Azynote#
Press Ctrl+Shift+V (or press and hold the new orb on the edge of your screen) and just ask out loud. Azynote answers aloud with the engine you picked on the Voice row: fully on your Mac with Local, or a live conversation with Gemini or OpenAI, which you can interrupt whenever you like. Click the orb for the chat, drag it wherever suits you.
✨ A quieter look#
Every screen has been redrawn: a calmer canvas, one simple page layout everywhere, Settings rebuilt into clear sections, and dialogs that read like dialogs. The app also has a new "A" icon, in the Dock and the menu bar.
📥 Quick capture stays where you are#
Ctrl+Shift+K now floats over the app you're in instead of pulling you into Azynote. Your most recent subject is already picked, so Enter files it, and you're back to what you were reading.
🪝 Hooks for your meetings#
Settings › Hooks is back, laid out as the timeline of a meeting: a reminder, the start, the transcription, a silence, the end, the OnePager. Hang your own commands on each moment, or start from the examples: a spoken reminder, join the call automatically, a nudge when a transcription goes quiet.
📅 Your answer to each meeting#
Next Meetings, the calendar and the menu bar now show whether you accepted, said maybe, haven't answered or declined. Declined meetings are struck through and no longer remind you.
⌨️ Your own shortcuts#
The new Settings › Shortcuts page lets you change all 11 shortcuts, the ones that work anywhere on your Mac and the ones inside Azynote. If a combination clashes with another app, move it or turn it off.

- Up and Down in the editor land where you aim, and undo stays in its own note

- Your mic and speakers are found again when macOS reshuffles its devices
- Chat errors show the provider's actual message instead of a generic one
- Smart Sync's Cancel really cancels
